Big, bold and dramatic, this stand-out contemporary pour painting is a response to rising sea levels due to climate change. A show piece or your interior, with a glossy surface in white, teal, blue-green and touches of gold. The paint drips over the deep edge of the canvas. From Laura's Iceland inspired series. In 2018 I visited Iceland which left a profound and indelible impact on my views about global warming and inspired a new creative direction in my artistic pursuits. Iceland opened my eyes to the immediate effects of climate change and how it relates to the landscape.
