A child and his/her dog...best friend. The dog senses the innocence, the child is naive enough to have full faith in this animal twice his/her size. I love to paint that moment that conjures up many questions... and smiles. That moment we have all seen and probably a part of. They don't call them "Saint" Bernards for no reason. Because this is a child it is a sweet touching moment...if this were an adult the image may be scary.
