Original artwork description:

This artwork explores the emotions of laying in bed contemplating life's issues. They say things always look darkest before dawn and it's easy to see why for so many things seems more urgent and important before viewing them in the light of day. However, emotionally I decided to make friends with my pre-dawn thoughts in a way that seems realistic, and so the emotions are also somewhat moderated. It is an exploration of abstractionism.

This work is painted on 12 oz gallery canvas and has been sealed with varnish. The canvas is hand-stretched onto a frame is 60 cm in width by 150 cm in height.

This work was created on the 16th day of November 2019.

In my paintings, I use the finest quality professional acrylic paints and gallery canvas. The painting was sprayed with a glaze of varnish.
