Nine months old Thor, son of Tutut, is a Bornean orangutan I encountered in Tanjung Puting National Park in Borneo. I spent 3 weeks trying to capture his lively personality and innate curiosity that reminded me of a child I once knew.
This Giclee print is a colour print made on hannemuhle photo rag 308 gsm paper which has a very smooth surface. (Giclee describes a fine art printing process that combines pigment based inks with high quality archival quality paper). My Giclee prints have an extremely wide tonal range and colour gamut.
Options: The print can also be made on C-Type Paper (matt or gloss), or C-Type Metallic/Velvet, or Giclee Canvas. It can also be printed at different sizes.
