Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

After months of detailed work, this picture is finally finished. It is a digitally created image using vectors, which creates a pin sharp image at any size. The aim of this illustration is to reduce the the cluttered scene to a series of flat planes and tones, in order to create a clean crisp image - a sort of post modern impressionism. The ultra modern glass and steel structure of the Shard, designed by Renzo piano, contrasts starkly with Borough Market, below - which has been on the site for hundreds of years. The Shard is flanked on the left by its 'sister' building, 'London Bridge Place', by the same architect.
In the foreground on the left is Southwark Cathedral, in the background on the right is Guy's and St. Thomas' hospital, built in the 1960's. This image is also available in a smaller size as a separate edition.
