'The Owl Of Cakes And Chocolate' is an original artwork on hand stained paper, drawn in ink and pencil. Measuring 100mm x 150mm in size it is a cute, cheeky little piece. The owl of cakes and chocolate worships cakes and chocolate and likes to be called Hilda. I love to experiment with abstract shape and pattern within a drawing and my imagination meanders in a happy way as I draw using words to tell a small tale within the drawing.
If anyone would like to commission me to do an ‘Owls of Splendour’ drawing tailored to suit yourself or a friend do get in touch! I'm offering to personalise the text in the drawing to suit you! (eg...give me a few things that are true about you or the person you‘d like to have the drawing...bossy, cute, always late, colour blind, a slave to cakes...whatever!) and I'll incorporate these traits into an original artwork just for you!...I think everyone has to have an Owl of Splendour dedicated to them :)
