Original artwork description:

The calf gang is waiting for their milk!
This collage is made on a white heavy cotton fabric. I have stippled the sky and field effect with gouache. The pen is a piece of hessian and the buckets are made from a grey flannel shirt! I have embroidered the calves names onto the buckets using machine embroidery. the calves are made from a soft black woollen fabric and their shiny white blazes are white cotton. I have coloured in their muzzles with ink. Each calf and bucket etc have been individually stitched on.
The collage is backed with sturdy white cotton and I have embroidered the name of the collage and my signature on the front.
The collage has a channel at the top so it can be hung from a pole or wooden dowel so it is ready to hang but can also be framed if that is preferred.
