Providing guidance to those out at sea, the light from the lighthouse is a comforting sight, and quite a beautiful one too.
An imagined aerial view of the edge of the land meeting the sea in the evening. The beam from the lighthouse on the cliff stretches far into the distance. I'm old fashioned enough to feel sure that this a manned lighthouse and there is someone brewing a strong cuppa inside!
Painted in acrylics on canvas measuring 40cm x 40cm in size, there is plenty of texture and colour here, and it will be a fine addition to any wall. Varnished to bring the colours out and to provide protection.
