Artist's description:

I think this will be it for a while with these dried flowers. Again, I have tried to convey the delicacy and subtle coloration of the dried blooms. Time to move on to something a bit "meatier" ... some portraits perhaps.
I am posting two photos, one as it will appear framed, and another as it is - with staple marks on the perimeter. I have found nothing else that holds this weight of paper as firmly to the board.
I want to bring to your attention a slight mark, within the paper, on the upper third edge of the painting. This is nothing I have made during the process of painting; it is the natural quality of the paper.

Materials used:

transparent watercolor on Saunders/Waterford archival rag paper
