This artwork is made on Fabriano 100% cotton paper, rough, acid free 300g/m2. Dimensions of drawing; 32.5x50cm drawing area, 39x53 cm whole paper.
This house is situated in the old part of the centre of the city which in the old days was a crowded residential area. It is a road used by many but noticed by few. The walls of the building are attached to the other neighbouring houses and on these are attached the old windows and the door which are almost ruined. Through the opening of the ruins one can detect the back walls which have half fallen allowing a certain amount of light entering giving the whole atmosphere a feeling of life. The effects of the passing of time have left their mark on this building which is now left in solitude.
