Artist's description:

GOOD NEWS FOR THE DOZEN:
It was selected into a group exhibition in Bremen, Germany in January 2016.

The Dozen consists of daily paintings from a series I made a while ago.
A call for an exhibition themed "Less Is Also Something" gave me the idea to search for them in my boxes and mount 12 of them in this group. They have a minimalistic appeal, use rests of paints and outdated advertisement materials, here for a theatre piece by the German dramatic author Rolf Hochhut, who in this case recycled Lysistrata. I recycled his cards, since I like the idea of re / upcyling in artworks.
This work was very difficult to photograph due to low lights and reflections on the polycover, so please imagine the frame bright white...
Acrylics on 120 g/ printed new cards, mounted on whitewashed corrugated cardboard, framed under polyglass in a light white wooden frame with a HDF back with hanger.
21" x 29" / 54 cm x 74 cm / Ebba Jahn 2010 - 15

If you can wait until February after the exhibition, fine, then you receive a work with provenance. If you need it immediately that's fine too.
Shipping within EU-Europe is free.
However, for outside EU countries I will have to individually check. Only the postage ABOVE the European amount needs to be added and payed by the client.
