Artist's description:

The still lifes are something that connects me with the intimacy of the home. On this occasion, I became interested in a damaged Bialetti, because I forgot to take it out of the fire and melted the handle. The composition is vertical, playing with the geometry of the coffee machine a central axis is drawn. In the foreground is the glass of water, in which everything seems mixed and where the Bialetti seems to lose its geometric rigidity. On the right the ceramic cup, white, opaque, with its invisible black content. The red background unifies the image and allows a general reading of the composition. Still life of varied figures in their textures: metal, ceramic and glass.
