This contemporary artwork was painted en plein air on a warm sunny day in Richmond Park from the top of the Hill, looking towards London. Expressive brushstrokes give the impression of the warmth of the day, with the sensation of heat and the scent of warm grass and trees filling the air. The oil paint is softly blended to give the impression of distance. A lone cyclist is approaching the steep climb up the hill!

This painting is ready to hang. The high quality bespoke frame is individually made in timber with no glass and hand painted using Farrow and Ball paint.

Artwork created using Michael Harding Professional artist oil colours on gesso primed linen board. It is signed and dated on the back (and this is repeated on the rear of the frame), and is ready to hang. A signed Certificate of Authenticity will be provided.
