Original artwork description:

The title is apt because I have spent many hours in this particular boat and will have covered many miles rowing it over the years.

The actual boat is over sixty years old, I know who built it and the multiple times that the varnish has been stripped back and reapplied provides the lovely interesting warm patina of the wood.

Painted in a representational/realism style with a subtle texture to the paint over a fairly smooth canvas.

The painting is ´gallery wrapped´ with the painted image continued around the outer edges. This contemporary style requires no additional framing, the painting is supplied ready to hang, some advice on hanging options and after care is provided.

This painting will be shipped in a purpose built plywood crate to ensure safe transit. The shipping costs reflect the charges levied by the couriers and do not include any international taxes that may be incurred by non UK purchasers.
