Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

This was inspired by the time my firstborn got up from a nap quietly when she was about 18 months old and toddled into the living room. Before I could get to her : she ate one of my tiny hoop pierced earrings I had sitting on an end table.
This was a kid generally did not put things in her mouth, a kid that could spit peas and sweet potatoes out like a pro - nope the earring went straight down.
I flipped out and called my doctor and she told me to watch her for 24 hours because those things usually passed on through - sure enough the next day I found my earring.
So what would happen a baby ate flower seeds?
This is acrylics, gouache, watercolor on heavy board with a photo from 1957 of a little baby girl sprouting pretty flowers from her wazoo.

Materials used:

heavy mat board
