Artwork description:

The first print from a new illustration of a group of people all searching for the perfect shot of a beautiful old temple in Kyoto.

I was trying to get photo's of people walking infront of the temple looking up in wonder, maybe pointing, but everyone walking by was looking through the lens of a camera or a smartphone.

The final illustration will be a big many coloured screen print, this print is a vignette of the illustrating process.

It is a three colour screen print on 300gsm Snowdon Cartridge, the paper is 23x23cm and the image itself is 21x21cm, produced at the end January 2017 in an edition of just 12.

Materials used:

Acrylic paint on paper
