I painted 'Tea in the Park' on location at the Italianate Greenhouse in King George V1 Park, Ramsgate, on a warm summer afternoon with a friend.
Day visitors were enjoying their afternoon tea and the lovely plantings and statues in this part of the gardens.
I was attracted by the castellated walls and the light on the greenhouse roof. This was once the home of Sir Moses Montefiore.

This is an original oil painting on canvas board and it comes to you, ready to frame.
It is NOT framed, the photos are to show how it might look on your wall. It would make a lovely gift to someone who knows or who grew up in the area.
I have signed it on the front, in the lower left corner and It comes to you carefully wrapped and with a signed certificate of authenticity.
