It is a large and beautiful constellation of the wintersky of the northern hemisphere, Taurus is located between Aries to the west and Gemini to the east. The Cocher and Perseus are to the north, the Whale and the Eridan to the southwest, and Orion to the southeast.

Aldebaran is either from Orion (in the extension of the three kings), or by its proximity with the Pleiades. It is the bright star that dominates the Orion - Pleiades axis. Aldebaran can also be identified directly by the "V" of which it marks one of the extremities ...
