This painting is called Sweet Scent of Iris. I hope when you look at this painting you will feel as if you get teleported to a mystical place, with the sweet scent of iris and shimmering colors. The only sounds I hear are the wind and buzzing bees pollinating the flowers. The hollowness of the valley magnified all sounds. The warm golden light shines on the petals, making the field glimmer in the soft light.

The sides of the canvas are painted and it's ready to hang. I always use 1.5" thick gallery wrapped cotton canvas for its durability and its 3D effect. The canvas is stretched over high quality pine wood frames and stapled on the back providing a clean finish on the sides. Since the sides are painted, the painting can be left unframed for the contemporary look.
