Artist's description:

Travelling in South East Asia is an unforgettable experience, the friendly people, the fantastic food, the heat! At the end of another baking day the sun goes down over the Bagan temples in Myanmar. A natural signal that seems to set all living creatures into movement.

Animals and vehicles of all shapes and size relocate for the evening, leaving plumes of dust in their wake, which all combine to create a golden haze over the countryside.

There are thousands of temples in Bagan, perhaps fifty in this image, climbing atop one of them to watch the sun go down is a fantastic way to finish a day exploring.
