This was inspired by a recent trip to Mexico to see some of the great Mayan Pyramids. The organic shapes and colors of the sun scorched surfaces of ancient stone were inspiring. The figurative narrative of the sun bather brings the viewer into the painting. This painting is signed on the back, ready to hang, no frame necessary. A Certificate of Authenticity is included.

oil paint on 12 oz. cotton duct canvas stretched over a 1.5"x 2" wooden frame, acrylic base primer
