This artwork is from a collection called" Story of rooms"
It started with one room. Four walls, a window, a door. I had just moved into a one room apartment, small, still, and quiet. It was mine, and yet, it felt like a pause. As if the space itself was waiting for something. Waiting to be lived in. Or remembered. It had the right light, the right silence. But something essential was missing. Something warm. Something human.
I realized I wasn’t just seeking shelter, I was searching for a feeling. A sensation of presence. Of memory. Of self. I wasn’t just looking for a place to live. I was looking for a home. And so I began to build, not with bricks or furniture, but with feeling and imagination. In my sketchbook, I started to draw a room that felt more like me. One filled with emotion, with memory, with meaning. I added colors that whispered comfort. Light that spilled gently like late afternoon. Walls that remembered laughter. Corners that knew what it meant to grieve quietly. In creating that first room on paper, I gave form to the invisible elements I longed for.


This painting is done with a technique that merges a background of traditional drawing with digital art.
This artwork is printed on 200gr Hahnemühle matt fibre paper , with a rich textured finish and archival quality.
