Spring is my most favourite season in Germany, I love it for the different blooms and how the colours of the landscape change every week or so. Starting with the daffodils, the rape seed fields, the irises and the fields of poppies, every corner is just blooming and inspiring for the artist. Every year during spring, I am inspired to paint some flowers too.
Done in a very loose impressionistic style, this painting features some luscious colour and engaging brushwork.
This original painting is done on deep stretched canvas and the sides are painted too. It ships framed in a beautiful floater frame that will complement the painting.
