Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

"Just a spoonful of sugar, makes the medicine go down," sang Mary Poppins. Well Ms. Poppins just got a taste of her own medicine.

The concept for this painting came to me when I discovered POGO on Spotify. He remixes music and audio from different movies. I was actually listening to an Alice in Wonderland one that he did, simply titled Alice. I took a look at his youtube page, after hearing he splices music videos from the movies to go with his songs. While watching Trouble, I seen a Mary Poppins clip and asked myself, why I had never used her in my twisted art creations. The line in Alice that actually inspired the entire idea, is "I give myself good advice, but I seldom follow it. I applied that logic to Ms. Poppins. Then I continued listening to his music, and began painting Mary Poppins taking a spoonful of sugar and tripping because that's what this music feels. Like a good trip into wonderland.
