Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

Playful composition including spirals. This bold This is an image filled with bright colour, line drawing and fluffy texture and in it's ambiguity it my translate the formation and fracturing of new worlds. The fiery energetic movement erupts, spins and displaces in the spirals and the geometric shape of the tower blocks that may represent the containment of a building that are now modern but one day will be ancient. A quixotic reference to time and space.
The chaos of nature and order of a building collide in a nature and culture stand-off. The re could also be influences drawn from studying Vincent van Gogh's 'Starry Night.'
A fossil fuel of delight for knowledge and current living.
