Spectra Futility works on many different levels. You could see this as a mountain being made out of molehill, you could look at it as how one lie begets another, you could look at it as growing stronger each time you conquer an obstacle or a number of other situations that it could apply to. There are so many ways to interpret this piece, which is why I love it so much.
This is my first of surreal work, but I like the direction enough to pursue it further. Lions are a favorite subject because they, like their cousins the domestic short hair, have beautiful lines and expression and such warm, wonderful color on top of a reputation for strength and legacy.
