Space travel #1 is a study in the combination of linear and curvilinear line work, taking reference from highly dynamic and vibrant futurism paintings. Driven by a strong upward motion, the painting almost seems in motion. Close observations reveal the thought process of the painter as some of the underlying line work is still visible and gives the painting an extra dimension.
