Artist's description:

I'm always searching for the perfect shot to capture the atmosphere of my location. On this occasion I was walking by the docking area near Shoreham on a clear spring afternoon when I spotted some lovely greens and oranges against the reflection of a clear blue sky. I took a few shots from a standing position but each seemed disappointing. I crouched down and held my camera an inch or so from the ground, and aimed to put the create a split screen effect.

When I got home, I turned the image upside down and created this wonderful feeling of the sky with a skin on it. The ripples towards the bottom added a fantasy element too.

Some people have said they prefer the image the other way around - so how you display it is up to you!

All my images feature the authentic scene as I found it. I never add in or remove anything in the edit.
