Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

'Skin' speaks out against sexual harassment and assault, specifically against women. Inspired by the song 'Suggestion' by the punk band Fugazi. The song includes the lyrics "Why can't I walk down a street free of suggestion? Is my body the only trait in the eyes of men?" and "You spent yourself watching me suffer. Suffer your words, suffer your eyes, suffer your hands. Suffer your interpretation of what it is to be a man."
Illustrated in these works are everyday life situations that have been examined, filtered, dissected and reassembled, often like a collage, with the intention of capturing the mood of the situation, or the feelings that the people are experiencing.

The subject matter often comes directly from the artists' life and is a comment on human nature and how we deal with everyday issues, examining the notion of what it is to be human.

The work is emotionally driven. Just to feel something that another human being is experiencing is the most important thing.
