Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

This is entitled 'Who's Stole...' and is one off artwork part of a collection of original, one off Monoprints Sketches on A4 Paper.

This has been inspired by the film 'Mr.Bean: The ultimate Disaster Movie' (1997) in which Mr.Bean (Rowan Atkinson) oversees the and talks about Whistlers Mother. Mr.Bean would sit in the corner and observe the painting from a different point of view. Similarly art critic would rate a painting as a success or failure (Pass indicated by grade A, B, C and Failure indicated by D). D also refers to D (Dunce in school, someone who's a failure would stand in the corner with a D on their hat), ironically theirs similarities with Mr.Bean character. Also has been inspired by George Orwell's Book '1984' and subsequent Big Brother programmes.

Smiley Face refers to the mathematic Smiley Face Method to solve two binominals equations, by drawing a smiley face (see insert), changed by the Artist.
