This is an original, one of a kind oil painting by the talented Bulgarian naïve artist Bogomil Arsov-Paco. The author is heavily inspired by the music. He has been painting and playing the guitar since childhood, hence his nickname Paco (after the great Spanish musician Paco de Lucia). His spent years in Cuba and Guatemala. The touch to different cultures has a strong influence on the artist’s creativity. It also determines his creed that we are all surrounded by beauty, though we do not always know it and notice it. Bogomil infuses so much imagination and emotions into his paintings that enables him to present his ideas of human soul’s beauty in subtle and unobtrusive way.
This unique artwork depicts a woman so immersed in her singing that she becomes the music. The colors are hot and bright and the image of the singer is almost sculptural. No matter the style, the music she performs is sacred.
