This watercolor depicts a magical, foggy forest in pink and purple tones. The painting is striking in its atmosphere: trees appear through the thick mist, and the play of light and shadow creates the effect of depth and silence. The upper part of the canvas is filled with cold violets, which gradually turn into delicate pink and lilac shades below, creating an almost mirror image. Bare branches are visible, as well as a slight hint of flowering or foliage in the form of blurred spots. The composition conveys a feeling of peace, solitude and mystery.
