Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

Shashwat means the unchanging one. Ganesh is the lord of Knowledge and wisdom. One of the most commonly and usually the very first god that all Hindus worship. In Hinduism, Ganesh is the most famous and commonly worshiped God. He has at least 108 names and is the personification of material universe in all its various magnificent manifestations. The image of Ganesh represents man's eternal striving towards integration with nature. He is also known as “the remover of obstacles.”

This painting is done on canvas using artist grade materials. It is wired in the back and ready to be hanged. Red, White, Black, Gold and Turquoise are the colors used in this painting.
