A small acrylic abstract with vertical and horizontal motifs. Metallic copper paint is a strong feature of the painting. After the top layer of grey paint was added a silicon-tipped brush was used to remove vertical areas. The resulting forms look a bit like leaves of seagrass wafting in a current.
'Seagrass' is a relaxing and calming painting that would best suit a small wall. It is ready to hang.
Materials used:
Acrylic paint applied with brushes. Some palette knife work and finally areas of wet paint were removed with a silicon-tipped brush.
