Artist's description:
This sculpture is made in papier-mâché, using paper, glue, wire, acrylic, oil paints and enamel gold. The composition also contains a pedestal (base) of wood.
This sculpture is 100% handmade and unique.
A long process of preparation is preceded by the appearance of the sculpture , including the process of softening the paper, pressing and drying. I prepared the basic material, from which made the sculpture, manually. At this time I can start making the basic construction, which consists of a base and a wire frame, which are inextricably linked. When the sculpture has already the completed form, it will be yet the process of drying and then just coloring. At the end of coloring, I put a special waterproof varnish.
If wished, it is possible to make it in bronze.
