The second in a series of drypoint intaglio prints i have made featuring scaffolding. I have been really fascinated by the striking geometric forms that scaffolding can make when silhouetted against a bright sky. I find the images to be very modern and quite "edgy" as artwork. In some ways this is because most people would feel that scaffolding is in fact an eyesore! So I guess I am playing with that in a way and looking to find beauty within the compositions I create. this one in particular I also feel is quite graphic design in a way...

Traditional Copper Plate, Hand pulled print, water based ink on Somerset Paper
