This is a painting of some of the beautiful souls rescued by the Karoo Donkey Sanctuary.
To achieve the effect I used thin layers of oil paint in an impressionistic/ realistic manner.
The Sanctuary is my charity of choice and I take pride in giving them a portion of the earnings from my sales every month.
