SALFORD NIGHT
The shapes and forms of our rich juxtaposition of old and new in cities in the North West of England is a subject of fascination and visual interest to me.

Materials
The painting is made with a combination of artists quality watercolour and wax with Indian ink on card.

The unusual surface quality of the painting comes from the process of using wax resist and Indian ink, and then heating and pressing the work.

The watercolour painting is unframed on primed watercolour paper and is sold unframed
