Provence is filled with aromas like no other region of France: lavender, rosemary, thyme fill the heated air and intoxicate the head. Provence has become an inspiration for many artists and writers who found their muse in the amazing light of local landscapes.
And this painting reminds me the abovementioned atmosphere... Its arquitecture with such balconies and windows full of flowers... Such colour combination : blue and red is so fresh and reminds summer atmosphere and sunny day.
