A tranquil pool in Epping Forest. Reeds sway in the foreground and lily pads float peacefully on the surface. Puddles of sunlight add interest. This lake is close to my home and a favourite place for contemplation. I often sit and draw and paint on the bank while a heron wades on the far side.
