Original artwork description:

We were recently sailing near Dartmouth, Devon, when a little blue boat with red sails passed by. The afternoon sun caught the the colours of the little boat and looked so beautiful against the rugged coastline, which inspired me to create this painting. Rather than slavishly add lots of detail, I've tried to capture the movement and light that made this moment so special.

Painted in high quality acrylics on a Winsor & Newton professional canvas. The painting has been protected with a satin varnish, which gives it a soft sheen. The sides are painted black (see photos), and it is fitted with D-rings and picture wire so is ready to hang. It is unframed but would fit a 16" X 12" frame if desired.

We are a very environmentally conscious household, so wherever possible your parcel will be securely packaged with reused shipping and packing materials.
