Original artwork description:

When you become a mother, your priorities change, the way you look at the world and face life. Inevitably, the children with their needs are put in the first place and all the energies and attention are directed to them. Often we end up forgetting a little about ourselves or at least putting ourselves aside.
This is the reason why the two women I painted are faceless, while the child, in black and white, dominates them, almost canceling their presence.
The women and the striped underside were made by applying vintage papers while everything else is painted in acrylic.
I used a clear gloss varnish to protect the painting.
The painting will be shipped with its certificate of authenticity.
