Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

This is an illustrated fictional situation. A screenprint digital hybrid created from real photographs where The Queen is dressed in a Zippy fancy dress costume coming out of No 10 Downing Street. My intention was a satirical look at the positions of power held in Britain using elements of the Great British institution and ingrained into popular culture - 10 Downing Street, The Queen, the London Bobby and of course a childhood favorite of mine, the TV Show "Rainbow".

The background is a photograph I had taken working as a press photographer outside Downing Street. The Queen Zee illustration was drawn from photographs, initially sketched on the iPad. It was redrawn in detail using a drawing pad on photoshop adding coloured layers. Followed by screen printing onto a digital background using thick fine art paper.
