I dream of my feet on the warm, wet sand. The warm water engulfs my feet as I walk along the shore. I can feel the wildflowers dancing in the breeze. The sky shines upon me with it’s glorious colours. The waves and the wind work together to create a strong and powerful symphony, yet I find myself experiencing a quiet moment in their presence. There is perfect harmony between the two. A moment of peace and tranquility.

My inspiration for this collection is more abstract than usual. I was driven by the feeling of openness, freedom, expansion and growth. Some of the pieces in this collection have a strong coastal vibe. I visited the beaches along the coast of Dorset and came back heavily inspired by the beauty I saw there.

I hope this painting can transport you to your inner happy place for a moment of peace and quiet and I hope it allows you to feel connected with nature.
