As the sand eels move north to find a cooler climate puffins are starving.
Why don’t they move their habitat you ask?
Puffins need land to create nesting burrows and raise their young and the feeding grounds must be near at hand. Land runs out north of Scotland and so will the puffins soon unless we act now.
This black and white silkscreen print aims to convey the message that our puffin population is in decline- as your eye travels down the print the puffins get smaller and have less sand eels
