This large dynamic painting would brighten up any room. The strong vertical lines may indicate a summer meadow, but it is a pure abstract and no attempt is made to make any shapes such as flowers or accurately render stems and leaves.
It would suit a wide range of locations , but may particularly suit a modern house or apartment. It looks great in our Victorian dining room (see in situ photo). It is ready to hang.
Materials used:
Acrylic paint brushed over canvas. More paint added directly to the canvas and spread with palette knives. Highly textured.
