"Portrait of the Cadet" received a special prize at the competition “Portrait Now! 2019» Museum of National History at Frederiksborg Castle, Hillerød, Denmark
The ability to use the knowledge of the classical school allowed me to feel the character and attitude of the model at a deep level and capture not only the appearance, but also the personality of a young man who already feels the internal transformation characteristic of his military profession. A pose and a hiking bag tell about the readiness of a young man to perform the service.
