This is Jorge Mario Bergoglio.
Known these days as Francis.
He’s the Pope, head of the world’s 1.2 BILLION Catholics, and believed (by those who believe) to be God’s representative on earth, and therefore infallible.
He’s seen by some as the person who’ll make fundamental changes to Church doctrine and practices. But many others say he’s simply implemented a flurry of public relations activities, but that it’s all mere window dressing.
So, why did I paint him?
Simply because he's got a very interesting face.
