The sides are not painted but with the visible traces of the development of the paiting.
The canvas is stretched on a wooden frame with a little hanger and is ready to hang. Framing is not required.

All of my later artworks (since about 2010) are informal – they’re developed on the canvas or paper.
I apply acrylic colours in many layers, also using experimental materials like wood stain, ashes or other finds of nature. I combine this with several artistic materials: oil pastels, soft pastels, charcoal, pencil, markers… So the work comes into live, colours and forms crystallized. It’s a really creative but on the other hand steered process – you have to see the picture as a whole unit, you have to make a fascinating composition, but you also have to look at the small details, little interesting things who catches the eye of the beholder even after years!
