Original artwork description:

Who doesn't love pizza? It's definitely my favourite food, and a subject I've painted and illustrated many times before. This new A4 version shows three slices of pizza conjoined by delicious pieces of dripping melting cheese. One slice has tomato and basil on it, the middle one is ham and pineapple for Hawaiian fans, and the top one has my personal topping choice, pepperoni and green peppers.

As usual in my work I'm less interested in realism, or healthy 'fine-dining' food, instead I prefer to explore the bright colours and nostalgic memories associated with comfort food, representing it in a graphic, bold pop art style and set against a sky blue background.

In short, it's a bold and bright piece of art that would brighten up any room in your home, although it would look especially great in the kitchen.

It is painted in acrylics on thick high quality A4 paper. PLEASE NOTE: the painting doesn't come framed, but I've taken photos of it in a white A4 frame for display purposes.
